This Peak Form Back Brace is very supportive to my lower back, but it's not overly bulky. I can wear it comfortably with a tshirt under it, an outer shirt over it. Very adjustable with velcro straps. I appreciate the included gel pack that can be used hot or cold; I don't find any directions on heating temps/times, so I use it cold -- my preferred therapy anyway. It slips into a pocket on the back of the brace, adds to the overall efficacy. Well made, wipes clean. I'm 5'5", ~140lbs, L/XL suits my size.

There’s also a rigid metal backing plate that is also optional and it provides rigidity and support in addition to the velcro cross straps. Putting it on is easy and is just a loop across the waist area. Overall this is a decent back brace with additional features.

This back support brace provides great back support, it could be tighten and rearranged as needed for the support. The gel pack provides hot or cold as needed, I usually go for the hot, which actually provides me quite comfort.
Price, $59.99, is at higher side, but considering the quality I can understand, and happy to have it.

This brace has all the bells and whistles my physical therapist recommended—cold therapy, adjustable side straps, a secure fit, and it’s comfortable enough for daily use. I wear it when I’m doing a lot of housework or yard work, and it’s been a big help as I manage some SI joint and psoas issues. It’s helped me stay more aware of my core and how I’m using my back throughout the day. Definitely a useful tool if you’re dealing with similar issues.

This is a really nice back brace. It fits well and has elastic straps to tighten as desired. The gel pad feels nice, both hot or cold. The brace has a removable metal plate too. It's comfortable and supportive.

Excellent back brace that provides excellent back support for my aching back. Comes with gel pack that you can freeze. Not sure about the "hot" part on the title. I don't think I'm gonna risk warming up the pack...afraid it might leak. Straps are completely adjustable. If your measurements is somewhere near the end of the Small/Medium size brace...go for the Large/XL to give yourself plenty of allowance.

Great device for those of us with back problems. I like the gel pack best out of the microwave but it the heat doesn't last that long so I usually just freeze it and go with the cold compress instead. The price of 60 USD feels a touch high to me. I would order again if it were more around 40.

It's very comfortable to use, and supports my back so well, I like using it when playing basketball, and it was a great fit for me.

This is one of the best back support braces I have used. Compared with the other back support brace I have used. They are wide and provide better support. They are made of very strong materials with both hard support and soft materials (I like the velcro strap). It is very easy and convenient to use and adjust the tightness to get the desired support. The gel pad is a great add-on for both hot and code therapy. It is very helpful to relieve back pain and move heavy stuff around the house to protect my back. Although it is a little bit pricey, still recommended.

I got this back support after tweaking my back and needing something to give me support. I will be perfectly honest, I do not have any type of chronic back pain or issues that would require me to use this type of product long term. I wore this back support brace for four days to help my muscles heal. Once I was feeling better, I stopped wearing the back brace. As for my review, I found that this back brace did its job nicely for me. It provided me with the support I needed to stop me from overreaching and reinjuring my back while it was healing. I really liked the hot/cold pack a lot. I only wish it had included two packs so I could have one designated for cold and one for hot so I could alternate between hot and cold therapy quickly. I really loved how the belt has dual straps because it allows me to put the belt on then tighten it further. All in all, this back support belt served me well while I was recovering from my back injury, and I highly recommend it if you also need back support.

After pulling a few things in my back wrestling with the mower I've been in considerable pain for a few weeks in spite of some physical therapy. This brace has been a life saver. While I wait for things to get back to normal wearing this allows me to continue to do some things I might otherwise have to avoid for now.It gives me firm support so I can't inadvertently move the wrong way while being really comfortable. I haven't used the cold packs but the placement for heated packs is spot on and provides pain relief long enough to get whatever I'm doing over with. It's very well made and easy to adjust to size with strong velcro that stays put. No shifting or constant adjusting like the other one I tried. I consider this one a great value.
